Service: The system
Every Illumina system is installed by our team of veteran Field Service Engineers, each with an average of over 15 years of experience with optical scanners and laboratory instrumentation of all types. The Field Service Team will help you configure your lab and facilities before they unpack, install, and calibrate everything in your system including BeadArray Readers, Autoloaders, liquid handlers, and all associated hardware. Field Service Engineers run several tests and measure over a dozen different parameters for the BeadArray Reader alone to ensure trouble-free operation and the highest-quality data. All other instruments are calibrated, tested, and evaluated using criteria more stringent than those needed to successfully perform the Illumina protocols to guarantee a fully functional system.
