Scanning
Illumina's BeadStation 500, a high-resolution, submicron scanner, handles a wide range of sample throughput for RNA- and DNA-based applications, and can be used for all chip-based assays and assay types. The BeadStation can be automated to accommodate three BeadChips simultaneously and up to 48 arrays, while Illumina's AutoLoader provides the convenience of competent, unattended scanning overnight.
