Sample Preparation

Switching to Illumina means using the same sample protocols you are accustomed to. While you will be able to use less sample, your sample prep protocols will remain the same.

In addition to lower sample input, you can now analyze low-quality samples. Degraded RNAs, such as those derived from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues, can still generate reproducible profiles with our DASL assay.
