Asuragen MAQC Dataset (HumanWG-6 V2)
This dataset, provided courtesy of Asuragen, Inc., contains three labeling replicates each of the "A" and "B" MAQC samples (6 samples total) hybridized on HumanWG-6 v2 arrays. There are three files provided:
AsuragenMAQC_BeadStudioInput.zip - contains all of the files necessary to create a project in BeadStudio.
AsuragenMAQC_BeadStudioOutput.zip - contains standard BeadStudio output files at the probe and gene levels, both raw and average normalized.
AsuragenMAQC_BeadStudioProject.zip - contains a project which can be opened directly within BeadStudio.
Tumor-adjacent Dataset (HumanRef-8 V2)
This dataset contains samples from four patients, each with a matched tumor and adjacent sample (8 samples total). These samples were labeled with the Ambion TotalPrep kit and hybridized to the HumanRef-8 v2 array. There are three files provided:
TumorAdjacent_BeadStudioInput.zip - contains all of the files necessary to create a project in BeadStudio.
TumorAdjacent_BeadStudioOutput.zip - contains standard BeadStudio output files at the probe and gene levels, both raw and average normalized.
TumorAdjacent_BeadStudioProject.zip - contains a project which can be opened directly within BeadStudio.
